- Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any return request, buyers are required to provide a single, continuous, and unpaused unboxing video clearly showing the state of the product upon delivery.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same unused and undamaged condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Products: Products purchased during sales, pop-up markets, or through third-party retail partners cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns that fail to meet these conditions or are deemed ineligible at our discretion may be rejected.
